Portland, Oregon is one of the friendliest, most livable cities in the United States! PCC has four gorgeous campuses located throughout the city of Portland, close to both the mountains and the coast, as well as world-class restaurants, coffee shops, and microbreweries.

ESOL Program:

PCC offers credit ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) courses on all four of its campuses. The ESOL program has eight levels of English language instruction, from level one, for beginners, through level 8, for students who are preparing to enroll in college-level coursework.

English proficiency is NOT required for admission to PCC, but you may be exempted from the ESOL placement testing if you are able to show proof of English proficiency (e.g. TOEFL/IELTS scores).

Study Options:

Pursue a degree in the business administration, computer science, engineering, health sciences, or aviation, among others. At PCC, you’ll find a program that fits your passions, your time, and your budget.
