Chanhyuk “Ken” Park
From Gangnam, Seoul in South Korea to Skagit Valley College in Mount Vernon, Washington, USA, Ken Park is an international student who’s taken the first step on his American education adventure. Having experienced the relentless, competitive nature of South Korean education, Ken’s desire for a different experience led him to the U.S. When he’s not studying, Ken enjoys watching K-dramas, shopping at outlets, and spending time with his new furry friend during his homestay.
Darren Grosch
Darren Grosch, the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and International Student Programs at LACC, is no stranger to walking students through the study abroad planning process. Mr. Grosch brings a unique perspective on the U.S. education system and never fails to give helpful advice — just watch his previous Live session with us.
